Mactan Economic Zones: An industrial Paradise" is an entry of Science and Technology Education Center – High School to the “
3rd Doon Po Sa Amin Learning Challenge” under the Livelihood and Economics Category. It is a feature of the economic zones in the small island of Mactan and how they became a successful economic zone.
More specifically, it aims to:
give an information about the economic zone
discuss the impact of the MEZ to Lapu-Lapu City’s economy
discuss the impact of the MEZ to the people in the locality
discuss why is it strategically located within the City of Lapu-Lapu
